Week 15 MKE – Gratefulness

It has been a crazy week, my dad was in the hospital for heart issues again.  He had two stints in November 2017 and these were blocked again.  So they went in and un-blocked.  At his age you don’t know how it is going to go.  Thankfully he is back home and recuperating.  I live three hours north of them, so making a trip is always extended.  I had already planned on spending time with them, and was going to help with their book work.  My mother has early stages of Alzheimer’s.  Between both of them, it is always non-stop from when I arrive to when I leave.  Neither can do too much.  By the time I get back home I am exhausted.  So appreciative of my husband and all he does.

“There is no room in the marketplace for my family, nor is there room in my home for the market.  Each I will divorce from the other and thus will I remain wedded to both.”  Og

  1. Pamela,
This was a great blog and very genuine. I hope your Dad continues to get better. I enjoyed how you applied Scroll 4 with the challenges of your family and how wonderful it is to have a husband who is so sensitive to you during this tough time. Thanks for sharing your week.
